Trimmly provides a comprehensive booking management platform including an admin dashboard for business owners, staff management tools, customer mobile applications, and AI agent assistance for booking services. Our platform connects beauty and wellness service providers with customers.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. Business owners are responsible for managing their staff accounts and service listings. Customers are responsible for providing accurate booking information and honoring appointments. You must not share login credentials or use the platform for unauthorized purposes.
All bookings made through Trimmly are subject to the individual business's cancellation and refund policies. Customers should review these policies before booking. No-shows and late cancellations may incur charges as determined by the service provider. Trimmly facilitates bookings but is not responsible for service quality or disputes between customers and providers.
Our AI booking assistant provides automated support but may not always be accurate. While we strive for accuracy, the AI system may make errors in understanding requests or booking details. Always verify important booking information directly with the service provider. The AI agent is a tool to assist with bookings and should not be considered infallible.
Payment processing is handled through secure third-party providers. Service providers set their own pricing and payment terms. Trimmly may charge platform fees as disclosed during registration. Refunds are subject to individual business policies and payment processor terms.
We collect and process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using Trimmly, you consent to our data practices. We implement security measures to protect your information but cannot guarantee absolute security. You have rights regarding your personal data as applicable under law.
Trimmly provides the platform "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for service quality, booking disputes, technical issues, or any indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for platform services in the preceding 12 months.
Trimmly and its features are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without permission. Service providers retain ownership of their business information and content.
Either party may terminate accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease, but certain provisions of these terms will survive termination.
